Wal-Mart has repeatedly violated

U.S. child labor laws and

profited from overseas

child labor abuses.

A recent investigation revealed children, some only 11 years old, were making Wal-Mart clothes in a Bangladesh factory. The children report being routinely slapped and beaten, forced to work 12 to 14 hours a day, often seven days a week, for wages as low as 6 and a half cents an hour.

In the United States, Wal-Mart's own internal audit found 1,371 instances in which minors worked too late at night, during school hours, or too many hours in a day. It also found 60,767 instances of workers missing breaks and 15,705 instances where employees were forced to work and miss meal times.

Despite all of this, Wal-Mart refuses to adopt a zero tolerance policy on child labor! Our children deserve better from Wal-Mart.

So correct me if I am wrong

The Iraq Study Group

Then out comes Bush, who  thumbs his nose at it. As I heard said on the radio "Bush Listens To No One" This war and all these decision rest on mr big pant GW Bush.

Did you see where they (Bush and Company) are proposing to spend three trillion dollars on the Iraq war?

THREE TRILLION DOLLARS ......My Goodness that is an absurd amount of money wasted on killing and war and not to mention trying to prove-out that he was right and thus in reality really just cover up for all his many deseptive blunders.

I also heard on the same program that the Executive Branch caries a lot more weight on the Foreign Relations and the Overseas Policies. So that said mr george E poo can call the shots and therfore HE take the full blame. Problem is the dumb cluck is gonna ruin the whole world in the process.

So after hearing this on the radio that the White House and mr cluck are the prime responsible party to decide and ultimately make the final decision ...no matter if there was tons of evidence to support not fighting and bring ing the troops home ...he could call the shot and say lets continue this asinine endeavor and

 "there will be no peace" ....

.......kill em all...."

Now if this is not an accurate assumption I would appreciate someone inform me to the reality. But I am afraid this is true. Now the hidden blessing is we get to blame ole 'mr CLUCK' when this all falls into hell and apart. He is the one who is responsible. Now that leads to the next aspect ......

Is mr gw bush dumb as a cluck (that his his name not a question) going to start raising the ante and supply more

 ..........warm young bodies !

Is mr cluck going to not only pour tons of more money but more US soldiers too....in fact hundred of thousands more?????

Now have you ever seen those old war movies where one side is loosing the battle and they send out all they got ....every body dies and gets slaughtered because of the ignorance and selfish STUPID greedy and demented twisted leaders mind is gone and he is on a self destruct one track deminishing no return? The whole kit n kaboodle our good old USA is destroyed because of an arrogant fool.

Intelligence is gone ...respect is gone ...truth is not even a word ....and leadership is on a crash course....... the country is on the skids due to this mismanagement.

I also heard on the same radio station that they are using the Social Security money to fund the war and borrowing from other countries banks for example like with China. Our economy, our Constitution, or Forign policy, our Respect, our Honor, are Ethics and Morals, are government, our media, and just about every sacred thing this county prided itself is gone due to this reckless leadership.

And mr clucksy is the one who will be rememberd as The One" if not the only "worst president of the US'

FOR GODS SAKE CAN WE GET THE WHEEL BACK IN CONTROL ?

GET THAT MAN OUT OF OFFICE BEFORE THE SHIT DESTROYS THE FAN

The fan is cover with it ...... see what happens next if its 'his way' it wont be good.

Russian law enforcement personnel armed with automatic weapons swept through IBM's offices in Moscow Wednesday morning, seizing documents as they went, according to sources familiar with the operation.

The motive for the raid was not immediately clear. A spokesman for IBM said the company is "cooperating with the authorities" but declined further comment.

A blogger who works at the office said the raid was carried out by the OMON special forces unit attached to Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs. Imagine if all the news you saw on television, read in your newspaper and heard on the radio came from the same source. That would be bad for democracy; for arts and culture; and for the free exchange of ideas.

Sadly this is not too far removed from reality; eight of the largest media giants already own 90% of the media market.  Furthermore the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is considering weakening the rules on how many media outlets any one company can own.

Ask the FCC to prevent big media from getting any bigger and to instead encourage more diverse, independent and minority ownership. Then ask your friends and family to do the same by forwarding this email to them.

This film does an excellent job on explaining how the building collapsed and the questions that arise if you seriously look into what really happened. And Then the odd Building 7 collapse? Interviews that bring more questions up than answering or resolving any that are supporting the official "story"

If you need proof that something is wrong with the official version...this film has it. These first hand interviews and facts create a mystery that makes one question ...why is the government not answering these points that don't make sense and why is it not being investigated.

Could it be that from 1996 to 2000 that Bush's Brother worked for security for the towers ....well the information is in this film.....its eye opening !! .......And why was the power turned down weeks before the 9-11 The "turn down" was when power was turned off for work being done on the WTC by the ...WHO????? where is the investigations........ I want to preface this with the comment that this issue of tazering people is one that gets my full attention. It seems very un ethical and sick to apply electricity to a human. In the event that may be OK to use this type of technology would be in lieu of shooting him with a bullet, and that would ONLY BE ...if that person was in danger to someone or to him self. The criteria to ONLY use this type of FORCE needs to be strictly adhered to and policed. In no way should the Law Enforcement be using shock as a way of getting you to comply if you are non violent and unarmed.

I have to write this and the following is a copy of my letter.

People need to stand up and demand this type of acceptance and tolerance and the using shock and electricity on Humans is sick and wrong and demented ...........I as I said will not sit and do nothing "It is unacceptable" The idea of this stung gun use to stop a violent person my be worth discussing ....but ABSOLUTELY it is not and should not be a way to just shock citizens who wont listen or comply. I am sad and concerned that it is being used as a tool to control and used WAY more than necessary in law enforcement across the land. This Joe Anybody is firmly against it! I wrote this following letter to the UCLA Security Department on 12 2 06

I am upset to read the headlines that refer to your University in regards to using a taser gun by Security without a good enough cause.

It is even just as disheartening to read the victim was unarmed and was trying to leave when he was grabbed by Security.

I think that the law that allows you to use force and to use pain as a way to get someone to comply must be done with the up most sensitivity and scrutiny. I think that unless a person was being violent there should be, No Use Of Force what so ever. I am writing to send my outrage and personal opinion as to the aspect of societies and in this case a University that sets presidents in the way we behave and tolerate behaviors. When another student asked one of the officers for his badge number, the officer threatened to shock him as well, which is illegal, and to me sounds very out of line for a prestige University’s Security to talk like that to a student or person on the campus you are suppose to be protecting.

This is unacceptable in my eyes. I urge you to give this a good honest review, the impact is far reaching beyond just your campus. Regardless of the persons attitude that was not cooperating, law enforcement must abide by the integrity of a higher moral respect for human rights and ethics of law, their codes of conduct should be at the highest of standards, and followed. I read somewhere that this particular security officer has been the subject of use-of-force complaints, which he has denied, and well as previously recommended for dismissal. The standards and tolerance to accept this staff behavior on your campus needs changing. Efforts to be respectful in dealing with “people” while you are being the “law enforcement” is a challenging job. I know you have serious responsibilities and deal with an array of tough issues and a variety of people. You have my respect when I know you are treating humans and not using force ……on non-violent ones….. respectively.

I live in Portland Oregon and realize this incident happened nowhere in my local community.

I write because I seriously am concerned about Law enforcement using deadly (not lethal?) weapons on civilians, especially non-violent, and unarmed citizens.

I realize also that in this violent world and the eagerness to use “tools” to make the job easier, the using of tools, like these tasers may be not really be “for the better of society and human rights, civil rights and plain old wrong & rights”. The tendency to use the policy and these guns for the means of shocking a person to get them to comply is unacceptable. It is wrong and uncalled for.

Humans are not cattle and peaceful tactics to resolve the issue should be utilized, rather than shocking a person to “control” them.

I understand an inquiry investigation is under way. I await the findings with interest.

I urge you to reconsider your policies for future incidents like this as they need not have to happened as they did.

Seek peaceful resolutions and set world watching impressions.
