The following text is from an article written prior to 2005 but I am not exactly sure what date?

The website that I found this article on is

--> -->  click here <-- <--

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

Now let's review the justification for any actions taken...

Topic: ANYBODY * ANYDAY

As "they" say:

perception is reality

Kill someone while wearing a uniform and you’re a hero...do it in gang colors and you’re a criminal.

Hire a lawyer to help you find tax loopholes and you’re a good businessman...make a few bucks off the books and you’re a tax cheat.

Sell cigarettes, alcohol and lottery tickets and you’re an entrepreneur...smoke a joint and bet with a bookie: you’re a menace to society.

Show some flesh in a particular magazine and you’re a pornographer...flash some skin on a public bus and you’re a Calvin Klein ad.

Collect food stamps and you’re a welfare queen...hire a lobbyist to win government subsidies, tax breaks, and protectionist tariffs and you’re General Motors.

Invade Kuwait and you’re the “next Hitler”...invade Iraq and you’re “George W. Bush, Leader of the Free World.”

Claim that the Messiah regularly visits your suburban home and Mel Gibson’s faithful will beat a path to your door...claim to be the Messiah in Waco and they’ll drive a tank through your living room.

Sell guns in a ghetto and you’re on the cover of Newsweek as a bad guy...sell fighter jets to a Third World nation and you’re on the cover of Newsweek as a good guy.

Reprint State Department press releases verbatim and you’re a respected investigative journalist...challenge mainstream culture and you’re gonna have a hell of a time trying to earn money as a writer.

Janitors' Victory in Houston Sparks Hope

for New Era of Economic Gains for Families

Home page

Last night, more than 5,300 janitors won victory in a national fight for good jobs and health care. They negotiated a city-wide union contract that will more than double their income, increase their work hours, and provide quality, affordable health insurance.

Over the past month, we've told you about their fight, asked you to take action on behalf of Ercilia Sandoval and her striking coworkers, and pressure oil giant, Chevron, to do the right thing.

Your calls, e-mails, and solidarity, along with other acts of solidarity worldwide, helped shine the spotlight on the fight of janitors making $20 a day to clean offices and toilets of wealthy corporations.

"This is an incredible victory for our families and for all families," said Ercilia Sandoval. "When I go back to work, I will go back proud of what we have accomplished, not just for us and our families, but for all of the workers in this city who work very hard but are paid very little. We showed what can be done, what must be done to make America a better place."

The janitors' agreement comes on the heels of an historic week of civil disobedience in Houston. Nearly 80 people demonstrated their courage and commitment to janitors' fight by risking arrest since the strike began. The non-violent protests reached a critical point when, on Nov. 16, mounted policemen charged nearly 50 Houston janitors and supporters from other cities engaged in civil disobedience.

Zebra3 Readers, I am sickened once again on the use of FORCE by the POLICE, and in this case against peaceful demonstrators  who were protesting for their rights to a decent wage and health care.

Did you see the video of the PIGS attacking them?

I use the word "pig" because that is exactly what they are!

Not all police do I refer to in this way

"But I call it like I see it"

AND THESE "ARMED GOONS "ARE

F*ING  PIGS!

Submarines of the US need their FLEX ROOM
Mood:  sharp
Now Playing: I spy a USA sub in Canadian waters
Topic: WAR

Hello Zebra3 Readers ...

Here is an article on the issue of nuclear submarine of the USA..... going up the Strait of Juan de Fuca ....between Canada and the U.S. <i think?> And how for many years the subject of the right to do this was in limbo. Now as the first/last paragraph eloquently expresses.... the US got it's its pro-military-bad-ass-way.

The first/last paragraphs by: John Clearwater
 November 6, 2006
The US Navy, as the premier power-projection force of the United States, would not allow any restriction on travel in waters anywhere in the world. Their blanket position is that the entire world is the operational area for the U.S. Navy, and that there are no sovereign areas. Total freedom of movement remains non-negotiable.
.............................................
The Canadian government could congratulate itself on doing what was necessary to protect sovereignty, and the US Navy got what it demanded. With a simple exchange of notes, Canada once more gave up more sovereignty to the United States, and more nuclear weapons would transit through Canada on a regular basis.

Interesting how the US gets it's way and gets the military submarine access! Somehow as I read this it makes me think of Iraq and Afghanistan ....and subsequently ...that this kind of dominance and such a prolific military superiority attitude seems wrong!

At least to this joe anybody something seems amiss!

My "radar" of right or wrong just went 0ff

NOVEMBER 17 Update

So all these mass amounts of thefts of "average joe's" personal information is being "scrapped" errrrrr.... I mean stolen day in and day out

I forget where I also have read confirmations to my suspicions that our own sneaky government is behind a good portion of this

For Big Brother or the CIA or The FBI or for all those Homeland Security departments to get their hands on this stuff that they want and need ...theft is the easiest way.

They NEED THIS INFO for their data mining and their "big brother spy networks" to function. Buying the info off the black market or illegally collecting it through thefts and mix ups is the way that their data bases are getting the "needed" information ....which is private stuff on you and me and the average joe anybody. This info is not so readily available to those NEEDING big brother agencies ....so a little pilfering will suffice just fine ......well that is what I suspect is happening

Read these two articles below and then follow the links

Think about my suspicions and then watch this Data Theft topic continue to expand. Refer back to this page by clicking on link below then bookmark that/this page for latter:

Officials Clash Over Mentally Ill in Florida Jails

In one of the toughest rulings to date on the subject, Judge Farnell said last month that he would start fining the department $1,000 a day for each mentally ill inmate who stayed in the Pinellas County Jail longer than 15 days. The judge, based in Clearwater, expressed outrage about the agency’s “conscious decision” to ignore court orders.

Inmate’s Death in Solitary Cell Prompts Judge to Ban Restraints

Shackled to a concrete slab, Timothy Joe Souders spent the final days of his life naked and lying in his own urine, sweating through temperatures higher than 100 degrees in an isolated prison cell.

Mr. Souders, 21, with a history of severe mental illness, died on Aug. 6 after four days in a segregation cell at the Southern Michigan Correctional Facility in Jackson. His death led prison officials to revise restraint policies for unruly prisoners, limiting “top of the bed” restraints to a maximum of six hours.

This week, a federal judge in Kalamazoo, Mich., said the revisions were not enough. Scolding officials for failing to provide adequate treatment to mentally ill inmates, the judge said Monday that the conditions leading to Mr. Souders’s death constituted “torture.”
