Royal Air Force sends doctor to jail for not going to Iraq
Mood:  on fire
Now Playing: Compared the US invasion of Iraq as to being like the Nazi's
Topic: WAR
Flt Lt Kendall-Smith Gets a Prison Term and says he would not back down or change his attitude concerning this war or his participating in it.

In surfing the anti-war websites I got this information from this site --> www.guardian.co.uk! and I feel like spreading this mans story, as he makes a stand against this stupid war;

Kendall-Smith also said to police last year "As a commissioned officer I am required to consider each and every order that is given to me and I am required to consider the legality of each order in domestic and international law.

I have satisfied myself that the actions of the armed forces in Iraq were in fact unlawful, as was the conflict," he said. "I believe that the current occupation of Iraq is an illegal act and for me to comply with an act which is illegal would put me in conflict with both domestic and international law."

Then he says ....

"I have two great loves; medicine and the RAF. To take the decision I have taken saddens me greatly but I feel I have no choice."

Well Z3 Readers...guess what?
Kendall-Smith was a RAF doctor and one who loved his job and his country, but he also refused to go to Iraq when ordered to, on the grounds that the war was illegal.
He now is jailed for eight months in what the judge described as a message to the armed forces about the consequences of rejecting "the policy of Her Majesty's government".

Apparently it was not Flt Lt Kendall-Smith's responsibility to judge the legality of orders given to him, nor make charges against those superiors of his that had higher rank!

Yesterday the judge said Kendall-Smith's understanding of the crime of aggression under international law was "seriously flawed".

The judge described Kendall-Smiths accusations of a crime as..... "a crime which can only be committed by those responsible for the policy of a nation at the top of government or of the armed forces and that responsibility for it does not trickle down to those at lower levels of the chain of command".

But Ft Lt Kendall-Smith told the court.. "I have evidence that the Americans were on a par with Nazi Germany with its actions in the Persian gulf. I have documents in my possession which support my assertions. This is on the basis that ongoing acts of aggression in Iraq and systematically applied war crimes provide a moral equivalent between the US and Nazi Germany."

Flt Lt Kendall-Smith said he considered the war in Iraq to be the equivalent of an "imperial invasion and occupation". He said he was extremely disturbed by America's "imperial campaign of military conquest", which was in direct conflict with his duties.

Z3 Readers read NEO-CONS! That is what he is describing

He made his stand and will get 8 months.
He made a statement about the comparison of the Nazi's and our Invasion.
He made everybody listen to a battle cry for PEACE
He will go to jail and Joe Anybody will feel proud!

This is sad and just one more life behind iron bars of FREEDOM.

The bars of HATE.

From a machine that Deplores Liberty

And uses's Terror to keep the masses in Fear

I read where Kendall-Smith so far had received 500 letters of encouragement.
Maybe I should make it 500 and one!

Joe Anybody Has Discovered A Hero - Senator Cynthia McKinney
Mood:  amorous
Now Playing: I LOVE THIS WOMAN Please read this article
I read this article and and it spoke to my heart.
I love this lady.
What a Patriot .....I urge all Z3 Readers to read this soul touching true article titled:

The following is a Quote from
Michael Ruppert From The Wilderness

A White Ex Cop Speaks Out About a Georgia Congresswoman

Last fall, after I had acted as a questioner for two panels sponsored by McKinney at the CBC’s annual convention, (Congressional Black Caucus)I was surprised as she handed me a ticket to the CBC formal banquet. This is a big annual event and I sat just a few tables away from John Kerry. Howard Dean was a few tables past Kerry. More than a thousand people, dressed to the nines, filled a crowded ballroom.

Cynthia was a no-show and it didn’t take long to figure out why. As every black member of Congress was introduced by seniority, starting with the Honorable John Conyers of Michigan, Cynthia McKinney’s name was saved for last. Even the Congressional Black Caucus could not recognize a sister’s seniority and service, not even when it wouldn't’t have cost them a thing.

Where was Cynthia during that dinner? She wasn’t there. She was off violating a direct order from Nancy Pelosi not to attend a massive anti-war rally on the Mall. She was standing with Cindy Sheehan. She was giving a speech denouncing the war in Iraq and the Bush administration. She was doing her job.

Now after reading this article and in context of my blog articles from below ...consider that there is more to be said than what just seems she hit a security cop with her cell phone. The rash of shit to put it mildly she endures for this country is astonishing.

Check this -->

And then there is the --> Z3 Report from the very next day I posted, which has TWO EXCELLENT video clips. Check it out --> HERE!
One of those clips discusses this very issue.

update::Ironicly one of the links is not working as I write this? It is the rummy/mckinney video from the Lonelatern.com website, which is offline for some reason?

See this Joe, grew up in the 60's
And this Joe Anybody was tought to respect all people!

RESPECT .......! its not hard to do!

I will just as soon as continue to live by those words, than any other as i stand behind Mrs McKinney
And as I also remember the outstanding rebel yell...

"I would rather die on my feet fighting than give up and live on my knees"

Pretty Sloppy PR for a Supreme Court Judge that is a Christian
Mood:  don't ask
Now Playing: Judge Scalia using Obscene Gestures outside cathederal!

In a quote from that link at the BostonHerald.com
I read this-->
“It’s inaccurate and deceptive of him to say there was no vulgarity in the moment,” said Peter Smith, the Boston University assistant photojournalism professor who made the shot.

Despite Scalia’s insistence that the Sicilian gesture was not offensive and had been incorrectly characterized by the Herald as obscene, the photographer said the newspaper “got the story right.”

Ya know Z3 Readers what is absolutely just stunning is ...The ambiguous hand motion came at a Boston cathedral after a Herald reporter asked Scalia how he responds to those who question his decision to practice his Catholic faith publicly, Scalia says he responded quote "jocularly" with the gesture.

Nice Move for a Christian Catholic Judge
who is being "jocularly"

The CEO's I am reading about, make enough cash to use Money for toilet paper
Mood:  irritated
Now Playing: Why do we allow CEO to make so damn much money anyway?
It happens everywhere, in every industry, in every government, in every
body. The greed & corruption ROT sets in.
The parasites worm their way in.
Eventually, we are
all doomed to -->
corruption, degeneration, and death.

Z3 readers I am talking about the corruption in Big Business CEO salaries.
Where CEO are pulling in hundreds of thousands of dollars while the rest of the company or even its customers head to the bankruptcy courts.

USA TODAY found in its annual analysis of CEO paychecks that median 2005 pay among CEO's running most of the nation's 100 largest companies soared 25% to $17.9 million, dwarfing the 3.1% average gain by typical American workers, . READ MORE in the --> USA TODAY Link

Take for example this character, which I copied from an email I got from the Daily Reconing Site
.... Mr. Ivan Seidenberg,
CEO of Verizon Communications.
In 2005, he was the top man at Verizon and got a raise of 48% - to $19.4 million. Wow...you would guess that Verizon had a very good year, right?

And, you would be wrong. Verizon's owners saw nothing but misery. Their stock went down 26%. Their bonds were downgraded. Earnings declined 5.5%. The other managers had to be clipped back; 50,000 managers had their pensions "frozen," according to the New York Times report.

How did Mr. Seidenberg do so well amidst so much financial suffering? He hired an independent consultant to help determine what his pay should be.
This consultant noted that the company had exceeded its "challenging" benchmarks and rolled over.
But it turns out the consultant was not so independent after all. Instead, he had been doing business with Verizon for years and had received about half a billion dollars from the company since 1997.
(HAHA WOW I see a connection here!)
Neither Verizon nor the consultant is talking, according to the Times.
(haha what can they say?)

And then there is the headlines in the USA Today newspaper that the Daily Reconing Wewbsite points out ....No CEO's pay soared more than the CEO of Capital One Financial.
Thanks to a generous package of options and perks, Mr. Fairbanks took home
almost $250 million last year - a sum greater than the profits of 550
Fortune 1000 companies, including Goodyear Tire, Reebok and Pier 1

Or how about these guys...
Broadcom's Scott McGregor, hired by the semiconductor maker in January 2005, received $7.7 million in pay and bonus, plus stock options with a potential value of $101.9 million.
3M's James McNerney, who replaced Boeing CEO Harry Stonecipher in June, received $25.3 million in Boeing stock to compensate him for losing potential payouts at 3M. His last six months at 3M proved lucrative, too. He got almost $41 million ? $8.4 million in compensation and $32.4 million exercising 3M stock options
John Mack, who replaced ousted Morgan Stanley chief Philip Purcell in June, pulled in more than $68 million, including $37.8 million in restricted stock and $30 million exercising stock options

Get the feeling we are being taken to the cleaners?
You should!
Think its fine to make that kind of money while Joe Anybody can barley eat.
I keep thinking back to the old battle cry of

Although it might give me heartburn or make me violently sick

Mood:  loud
Now Playing: Bush Says he wanted to SHARE the Information --> hahahahaha!
In regards to the recent information declassification bushman said he did concerning the Plame affair. (CIA outing)
(which is being spun in the news by the neocons to cover bushman and cheaney and libby and rove from leaking security info they shouldn't have, into unclassified information as a way to save there sorry ass's) from ...........can I say....this is bull!

I heard bushman say on the radio today why he supposedly did "declassify" it....
"I wanted the people to see the truth"

YA! All of a sudden he wants to share De-classified information?
HAHAHA surrrrrrreee!
Hell he is so busy hiding EVERYTHING
It is only obvious he is now lying again
This time he says he wants to share info with us citizens?
Is this must be the first time ever that any info has been shared
....which makes me laugh

In fact this administration has never shared any information.....they are the MOST SECRETIVE ADMINISTRATION this country has ever seen.

Mood:  energetic

On April 7, U.S. Senator David Vitter (R-La.) introduced S. 2599--the Senate companion bill to H.R. 5013, the "Disaster Recovery Personal Protection Act of 2006" introduced on March 28, by U.S. Congressman Bobby Jindal (R-La.). This NRA-supported bill would amend federal emergency statute laws to prohibit local authorities from confiscating lawfully owned firearms during times of disaster.

Thirty three states have "emergency powers" laws that give the government permission to suspend or limit gun sales, and to prohibit or restrict citizens from transporting or carrying firearms--something NRA-ILA is working to change. In some states, authorities can seize guns outright from citizens who have committed no crime--and who would then be defenseless against disorder.

Please be sure to contact your U.S. Senators and your U.S. Representative, and urge them to cosponsor and support S. 2599, and H.R. 5013, respectively, the "Disaster Recovery Personal Protection Act of 2006!"

As Tommy gets ready for Indictment..... his followers start crying
Mood:  blue
Now Playing: No Delay Crybaby Protesters
The crybaby protest pouting has begun

(copied from the AP press)
link --> Here

Supporters of U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay protested at an event Thursday held by the Democratic candidate for the congressman's seat, and the event quickly dissolved into a shouting and shoving match. Police were called, but made no arrests.
"I got pushed. I got hit. I got a sign wadded up in my face and my hat pulled down over my eyes," said Marsha Rovai, 69, a supporter of Nick Lampson. "They just did it to be nasty."
DeLay campaign manager Chris Homan said he organized the protest but DeLay, a Republican, didn't know about it.
"Mr. Lampson is going to have to get used to being confronted about his voting record the next seven months," Homan said.
DeLay, who is under indictment on campaign finance charges, announced this week that he will resign from Congress sometime before mid-June.
At the news conference, Lampson called on the governor to set a May 13 special election so the district would be represented after DeLay leaves.
But moments after the event began in DeLay's home town, Lampson and his supporters were surrounded by protesters who held up hand-written signs. Lampson was silenced by their chanting.
Republican Gov. Rick Perry later said that, unless DeLay offers him his resignation letter by the end of the week, the seat would not be filled until the November general election. The election of a Democrat now could give the Democratic Party a leg up in November.
Lampson represented an adjacent district for eight years until DeLay-engineered redistricting cost him re-election in 2004. He said the protest was nothing new.

Senator McKinney says Racism is the Core of Problem
Mood:  d'oh
Now Playing: Race Issues and Security under The Great King Bush's Rule
When you are hearing stuff in the News about whether Senator McKinney slapped a Capital Hill Security Cop ..think back to this comment she made recently concerning this issue....

“Something that perhaps the average American just doesn’t understand is that there is a heightened sense of a lack of appropriateness being there for members who are elected who happen to be of color,” McKinney said, “and until this issue is addressed by the American public in a very substantive way, it won’t be the last time.”

Sen McKinney has been very hard on the War Machine
Very tough on Rumsfeld and very tough on 911 Truth Answers from this Administration.
It seems that her comment above skirts all the flack that I am hearing on this slapping issue.
I bet you anything it was motivated in spite of the cops saying "Oh No! We are fair always"
Cindy Sheman dealt with them too.
There has been other issue too with these same clowns errrrr.., I mean Security Cops.

My point is simple --> read her comment and remember until this racial profiling subsides more of this certainly will be forthcoming.

Loose her job over this ....I HOPE NOT!

Its more about this -->
Senator McKinney said Wednesday: "Face recognition is the issue .... The pin doesn't have my name on it and it doesn't have my picture on it, and so security should not be based on a pin ... People are focused on my hairdo."

Seems more like a witch hunt to this Joe.
Even the bum Tom Delay made some rude comments
And Z3 readers know, he has no room to talk.

Here is the Tommy the Jailbirds comments-->
"She has a long history of racism. Everything is racism with her. This is incredible arrogance that sometimes hits these members of Congress, but especially Cynthia McKinney."

"Ahhhhhh Pack your bags Tommy, and get your soap on a roap ready!"
