Can you Believe These Torture Stories
Mood:  smelly
Now Playing: Brutal Abuse,
"We are going to cut your head off and send you to hell."
Thats what was told to the prisoners in Iraq, by American soldiers, contractors, and CIA operatives while inside the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

But it was the tale of Sadiq Zoman Full Story HERE

In a Mother Jones article that said this
He was held for one month by U.S. forces before being dropped off in a coma at the general hospital in Tikrit. The medical report that came with his comatose body, written by U.S. Army medic Lt. Col. Michael Hodges, listed the reasons for Zoman's state as heat stroke and heart attack. That medical report, however, failed to mention anything about the physical trauma evident on Zomans' body --- the electrical point burns on the soles of his feet and on his genitals, the fact that the back of his head had been bashed in with a blunt instrument, or the lash marks up and down his body.
(end quote)
The above quote was reprinted from Mother Jones Magazine Right Here!

Good God What in the Hell?
And let me get this straight
US American Forces are doing this
Anybody feel like correcting me?
Anyone want to tell me I Am Wrong?

I thought so ...give me some warning if you want to prove me wrong cause ...
....I will be busy throwing up!

Meanwhile I encourage all Z3 Readers to click "all 3 links in this post today" And read why Janis Karpinski, the U.S. Brigadier General who was in charge of some of the prisons is saying the following:

While President Bush has regularly claimed -- as with reporters in Panama last November -- that "we do not torture," Janis Karpinski, the U.S. Brigadier General whose 800th Military Police Brigade was in charge of 17 prison facilities in Iraq, including Abu Ghraib back in 2003, begs to differ. She knows that we do torture and she believes that the President himself is most likely implicated in the decision to embed torture in basic war-on-terror policy.
(end quote)

I always thought we respected "THE LAW" Here in The US
Obvious that is no longer true from what I am reading
It breaks my heart to see America behave like this.

It is the shameful bottom of the barrel tactics by a very sick group of leaders.

UN Human Rights has everybody 'on board' *EXCEPT* the United States
Mood:  loud
Now Playing: US Ambassador Bolton Missed 30 meetings on Human Rights
Todays Message is brought to you by the never-ending crap by those boys who brought us Torture and Rendition the Bushman And Cronies Neocons and provocateurs and not without mentioning the War Hawks and Spin Doctors alike here is todays spin.

(The quote below came from the NY Times
"It's an open question whether Bolton's throwing all the cards up in the air is meant to improve the council or to prove that the U.N. can't reform itself and therefore should be abandoned," said Kenneth Roth, executive director of Human Rights Watch.

A Human Rights Council without the United States would lack credibility," Emyr Jones Parry, the British ambassador, said Thursday. Noting that the European Union had formally endorsed the text, Mr. Jones Parry said, "The job now is to get clarity on what the U.S. wants."
(good luck! -joe}
Those working for acceptance argue that provisions in the plan for direct election of members, formal review of member nations' rights records and suspension of gross violators would make it less likely that abusers could join.

They also claim that a requirement that new members be approved by a majority — a minimum of 96 votes — would eliminate violators from membership. The formula weakens the requirement in the original proposal, made by Secretary General Kofi Annan, for a two-thirds vote for new members of a Human Rights Council.

Mr. Roth also contended that Mr. Bolton's absence last fall and winter from some 30 meetings of the group drawing up the proposal led other countries to conclude that the United States was not fully committed to it. {GREAT!}

In a crucial meeting with Mr. Eliasson last month, in which countries laid down their demands, Mr. Bolton did not mention the importance to the Bush administration of the two-thirds vote. He has since cited its omission as one of the reasons for the United States objection.

"The State Department was trying to communicate to the U.N. that the two-thirds vote was an important part of the U.S. position," said Tom Malinowski, the Washington director of Human Rights Watch, "and there was quite a bit of surprise in the department that Bolton didn't bother to mention this to Eliasson."

(end quote)

Lets Remember Z3 Readers that Bolton was appointed against many, many protests to this position by his buddy ole Bushman himself. He was not the man to represent the United States Citizens, "BY FAR!"

The Human rights abuse by The US in recent years is not to be overlooked!
In fact I am wondering just what is developing here?
It seems to me we have a body of Countries trying to come to a conclusion of what are the boundaries of Human Rights Laws and to agree to them.
Seems good to me Lets all clarify this and agree. (I say this especially since our gosh-darn government is sneaking through every back-hole loop-hole they can find to spy, torture, cause a war , etc, blah blah and all because the laws are not clearly spelled out. It reminds me of how rich bad guys get away with murder ...they GET GOOD LAWYERS and thats what the US is doing in all these serious Human Rights Abuses these days)(We need clear defined laws to hold those who abuse to a set law)
No wonder the US won't get on board with the UN!

You better watch this one close.

The stage has been set.
The actors are in position.
The script is secret.
The agenda is very murky.
The surprise at the end will shock you.
And hold on because there is going to be some Spin.

Yes Folks the Show has started and nobody is aware!
Funny thing is...,
I bet no one will know all this is going on!
Because the media will hardly blip about it.
Joe Anybody know this show is on the QT ....that is why I'm telling you all!
This won't be in the headlines much, if any!

"WOW folks, It's only Human Rights we are talking about"

I mean just look at the opening paragraph below from the NY Times article.
"Now doesn't that throw up some warning flags?" It makes this Joe Anybody want to climb back up on the roof {again} and start yelling out what is going on with this Bolton Jerk representing all of us US citizens, with his sick, anti-human-right-ways

*** UNITED NATIONS, March 3 2006 ***
.....The United States has found itself isolated.....
........in its opposition to a proposal........
...to replace the discredited Human Rights Commission...
.........and its pledge to vote against........
........adoption of the plan has thrown..........
.....the United Nations into turmoil.....

Summary: US continues to shits on Human Rights!

The Defense Dept Releases A Complete Discusting Lie
Mood:  loud
Now Playing: Name's released of Detainees held for years in Torture Chamber
The Defense Department had argued that releasing the identities of detainees could subject their families, friends and associates to embarrassment and retaliation.
Let me start by saying this is a lie
This is not the reason why they didn't want to release the names of the detainees.
"Hell No"

They don't care about if it's embarrassing to these mens families, are you shitting me?
Hell the only embarrasment in all this ....
is our own abuse of human life and disrespect to Human Right Laws of The World.

I shamefully have to say that I am not proud of any of the White House's Pro Torture Stance they have taken and Continue to do as I write this .

This new report now has the names of hundreds of prisoners that have been fought hard not to be released! By law they have to release this finally! And they fought hard not to believe me.
Here is the --> ARTICLE please update yourself.

Read how one captive who's name is Shah states. "The only thing I did in Afghanistan was farming. Other than that, I did not do anything else in the country,"

And once again here my dear Z3 Reader is the caveat (quote)
Documents released last year -- also because of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by the AP -- had the detainees' names and nationalities blacked out.

A U.S. military spokesman in Guantanamo Bay said the Pentagon was uneasy about handing over the transcripts.

"Personal information on detainees was withheld solely to protect detainee privacy and for their own security," Lt. Cmdr. Chito Peppler said. He said the Department of Defense remained concerned that the disclosure "could result in retribution or harm to the detainees or their families."

(end quote)

Oh we are so compassionate. Ohhhh The Military cares about their privacy

Damn Sicking Lie If I Do Say So Myself!
All it takes is to look at one stinking photo and you can tell the Military "really cares !"

Patriot Act Move Closer to Passing
Now Playing: I will be damned ...there goes my Liberty
The Senate has voted 89 to 10 in favor of the controversial reauthorization bill (H.R. 3199) which comes a day after passage of a related bill to "improve protection of civil liberties" in the war on terror. That was on Wednesday, March 1, when the Senate voted 95-4 to approve S. 2271, Sununu Amendments to the PATRIOT Act reauthorization bill.

Lets just say Joe Anybody is proud of how his Democrat Senator voted on this issue. Nice Job Wyden!
But!..... My Republican Senator for this here joe ...ya just as I thought A BIG "NO" vote from him!!!

How did your state senator Vote?
Here is the Washington Post LINK to check their vote.

With the House of Representatives passing the measure in December, it now goes to President Bush to sign into law. The House will vote on the Sununu amendments next week.
It approved the reauthorization bill last December.

I see that 16 provisions of the act set to expire next week, the measure would make 14 of them permanent and extend two others by four years.

Sad to say this wasn't fought for the right reasons like a true patriot would of done. Troubling times
we live in Z3 readers, ahhh but the spirit from an 88 year old congressman from West Virgina Sen. Robert Byrd, the dean of the Senate and its resident constitutional expert.
This article HERE explains his civil rights qwest

Byrd's reversal on the Patriot Act on procedural and constitutional grounds dovetails with his growing opposition to the Bush administration's handling of the war on terrorism.

He tried to block the creation of the Homeland Security Department, which he said would give too much authority to the president. He voted against the war in Iraq.

And in 2004, Byrd published a book that minced no words. In ''Losing America: Confronting a Reckless and Arrogant Presidency,'' Byrd blasted his colleagues for failing to challenge Bush's polices and expanding executive power.

As for changing sides, Byrd's got a favorite phrase, from the poet James Russell Lowell:
''The foolish and the dead alone never change their opinions.''

......It's been a long day ...... so just one last comment; Sen Byrd said "This new proposal would erase too many of our freedoms guaranteed to the American people," Byrd added in a statement to The Associated Press. "In essence, this legislation says that the Bill of Rights is right no more."

His position allies him with another No voter,
Sen. Russell Feingold, D-Wis, a relative Senate newcomer who nonetheless foresaw potential problems with the "Original Patriot Act" before Byrd or any other member of the Senate.
And that was back in 2001, when -->
"Feingold., cast the lone vote against the new terror-fighting law."

Now these are two Civil Rights Patriot who's hand I would be Proud to shake!

Speak Up and Go To Jail (Russian Style)
Mood:  blue
Now Playing: Where are we? Is that slime on my newspaper?

“Careful what you say – you could be prosecuted.” That was the chilling message this month received by journalists, activists, and other critics of the government. In a serious setback for freedom of expression and all human rights. As human rights activist Stanislav Dmitrievsky was convicted of “inciting ethnic hatred” under counter-extremism laws for having published articles critical of the Russian Government’s actions in Chechnya.

Whoa! I thought that was in the US there for a minute. Hmmmmm Where is this at?

Oh! Russia .......wow!

Security in the Ports..... "Dont Be So Sure"
Mood:  cheeky
Now Playing: Bush has ties to the UAE

Bushman family connection and members of the Bush administration have long-standing business connections with the United Arab Emirates, and those connections are raising new concerns and questions tonight in some quarters about why the president is defying his very own party leadership and his party in defending the Dubai port deal.

Will Bush Close GITMO to Pretend He Cares About Stopping Torture?
Mood:  don't ask
Now Playing: Cat n Mouse - Smoke n Mirrors - Torture & Rendention Will Continue

Do you think BUSHMAN really will shut down Guantanamo?
If he does I agree with this excellent article written by Paul Joseph Watson said in quote below and found in this link --> RIGHT HERE

The fact is that the closure of Guantanamo Bay will be a token political points scoring gesture. The Bush administration is again on the ropes over new Abu Ghraib photos, the UAE port deal, NSA spying on Americans and Dick Cheney's wayward shooting.

Despite the illusory desperation of the Neo-Cons and their unwillingness to ever admit mistakes, closing Gitmo would give Lord Bush some breathing space and head off talk of impeachment at least for a while.

But it will not do anything to improve the situation of hundreds of thousands of innocent prisoners in torture gulags dotted all over Afghanistan and Iraq.

Afghanistan is now a drug colony and a narco-state. Child malnutrition levels are higher than they were before the war, unemployment is higher and the country is run by warlords and a resurgent Taliban. US puppet Hamid Karzai has no power outside of Kabul and has to be surrounded by 40 bodyguards everywhere he travels (pictured above).

The Neo-Cons have re-seized the prize of the opium trade and the rest of the country has gone to hell, with regional dictators free to torture whomever they like en masse. International aid agencies dare not travel outside of Kabul for fear of being kidnapped and murdered.
(end quote)

Yep Boys n Girls watch the shell game closely!
Not to mention the clock of justice is ticking!
Be glad you are not holding the drill or even helped supply the power when the these atrocities come before the court.
And thats what I have Ben Waiting for!
